1. To manage and direct the division of leasing business premises and warehouses and yards
- - Managing activities of team members, conveying direction of superiors to subordinates.
- - Develop, adjust organizational structure and establish processes to unify the way of working for the whole department.
- - Make a work plan and assign tasks to each employee.
- - Operate and supervise the work of the department.
- - Check and evaluate periodic work reports of subordinate employees.
2. Directly training and training personnel in the Group:
- - Help employees gain background knowledge about the Group's culture, understand the products / projects that the department is in charge.
- - Instruct employees to strictly follow the approved work processes.
- - Training and supporting employees in the sales work to ensure the completion of the work targets and sales targets of the department.
- - Collecting and analyzing data, information on supply - demand and price movements of the real estate market; Sales-Marketing plans, activities, documents of competitors.
3.Planning and directly carrying out business:
- - Prepare monthly / quarterly business plan, submit to Board of Real Estate Dealers and BOD for approval.
- - Directly manage the business of leasing business premises and warehouses, yards of the Group.
- - Responsible to the Board of Real Estate-Sales and BOD for business plan, the completion of the work targets, sales targets of the whole department.
4. Customer care
- Manage customer records, urge customers' contract performance.
- Make a list of potential customers, propose plans / approaches to meet, care for customers to promote the brand, products and projects in charge.
- Responsible to the Board of Real Estate Sales and BOD for overdue loans of customers under their management.
5. Other jobs as directed by superiors.
